    Common Questions
    Which browsers work?

Use current desktop Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge with Web Serial support enabled.

    Device not recognized?

Use a data-capable USB cable, reconnect the board, close other serial apps, and select the correct COM or tty port.

    Flash fails or gets stuck?

Retry once, then try BOOT-hold flashing and check that the board has stable power over USB.

    Output behavior seems wrong?

Confirm wiring, pin mapping, LED strip type and color order, and test in a quieter or cleaner environment when the function uses microphone input.

Do I need to press BOOT?

Usually no. If auto-connect fails on some boards, hold BOOT while clicking the flash button, then release when writing starts.

Can I switch projects while flashing?

No. Project switching is locked during active flashing to prevent serial write corruption.

    Is my data sent anywhere?

No cloud upload is required for flashing. The firmware is written locally from your browser to the connected board.

    Support note

Support note: If flashing fails more than 3 times, keep the log screenshot and mail to info@logicstudio.co.in with board model & OS.
